Government of Quebec Hotel Program

The Government of Quebec Hotel Program is only available for University related travel being funded through the University

Always bring your 大发彩票平台 ID for presentation at check-in

How do I book?

All reservations made through the Quebec Hotel Program must be paid for with a personal credit card.

1.听听听听听 Through the听R脡PERTOIRE DES TARIFS PR脡F脡RENTIELS H脭TELIERS听听(PDF available in French only) Sign in required

  • Each hotel listing includes the address, telephone number and link to the hotel website (if available)
  • Additional information is featured, such as internet access, parking, hotel rating etc.
  • Please note that information in document may not always be up to date
  • The program offers no guarantees as to the rates offered by the properties.

2.听听听听听Through the hotel鈥檚 website (if available)

  • Some hotel websites include the 鈥淕overnment Rate鈥� option in the rates or promotions menu
  • If the Government of Quebec rate is not featured, call the hotel听to make a reservation (see #3 below)
  • You may be asked to enter your 大发彩票平台 ID number during the reservation process
  • Provide credit card to hold your reservation
  • Verify the hotel鈥檚 cancellation policy
  • You will receive an email confirmation

3.听听听听听 Call the hotel directly

  • Mention that you are eligible for Quebec Government rates
  • Identify yourself from 大发彩票平台听University
  • Verify the hotel鈥檚 cancellation policy
  • You will receive a confirmation number

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

To ensure听coverage as a Faculty or Staff member, you must register your travel information through this form.

Note that some travel destinations must be pre-approved at least 30 days prior to departure to ensure coverage.听
