Come and explore the different options for your future career in surgery!
This is your chance to meet the Residency program directors in different Surgery specialties (Orthopedics, Interventional radiology, Cardiology, General Surgery,+), the SIS Graduate Program Director,and some of our Surgeon scientists within all our graduate program concentrations (Digital Health, SUrgical Innovation, Global Health, ...). You will also have an opportunity to meet the MD/PhD program team.
Food and drinks will be available throughout this evening of networking.

I wanted to share that one of our finalists for the听Three Minute Thesis Competition, is none other than one of your own graduate students,听Ida Derish听from the Department of Experimental Surgery.听She will be representing your department at our final livestreamed event on听March 18 from 3:00-5:00 PM.
In case you have not yet heard about it, The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is a global competition, founded by the University of Queensland in 2008, that cultivates graduate students' presentation, research and communication skills. This year, more than 150 graduate students accepted 大发彩票平台's 10th edition of the challenge. After weeks of competition and feedback, only fifteen students remain! Finalists will have to present their cutting-edge research and make it resonate for a live lay audience, all in three minutes and with a single slide. Judges will select winners, who receive cash prizes, and the opportunity to represent 大发彩票平台 at the听听and听
March 18 from 3:00-5:00 PM
