Events coming up at the Redpath Museum

Daily life in ancient Rome

In French only.

For the first time at the Redpath Museum, historical re-enactor and educator 脡ric Michaud presents a unique lecture on life in ancient Rome. Lasting around an hour, audiences aged 7 and over are invited to take part in this dynamic and enriching activity! Accompanying the activity: a posca tasting, a workshop, and the chance to discover the Redpath Museum's Greco-Roman collections in a whole new light. Book now, places are limited!

National Poultry Day

Wednesday March 19 is National Poultry Day! At the Redpath Museum, you can come learn about the connection between chickens and their scary ancestors, the dinosaurs!

Let's Talk Science at the Redpath Museum

Spring Break at the Redpath Museum

New activity for Spring Break!
The arrival of spring, the season of renewal, transforms nature and influences cultural practices around the world, bringing vibrant changes to the environment and influencing daily habits and traditions.
This spring break, the Redpath Museum welcomes you into its springtime atmosphere with a treasure hunt to celebrate this long-awaited season!
When: From Tuesday March 4 to Friday March 7 between 9:00 and 16:30.
No reservations required. Information at the museum reception desk.
Due to the high number of visitors during Spring break, there may be a queue at the entrance. Dress warmly!


Nuit Blanche at the Redpath Museum

We are thrilled to welcome you back to the Redpath Museum for a new edition of Nuit Blanche. Dive into the darkness of the Museum with your flashlight (bring your own!) and rediscover our exhibits. Shine the light on our minerals for a pop of color! Illuminate the secrets of ancient civilizations, dinosaurs and biodiversity exhibits. It will be a night to remember!

Adults: $12 (tax included)

Children under age 12: $6 (tax included)

Cash only when paid on site, reservations required.
