Accept our offer
Be sure to officially accept our offer of admission on SLATE.
Permanent Code Data Form
Complete, sign, and mail the "Permanent Code Data Form," with the appropriate documents attached, to Enrolment Services, Documentation Centre, 688 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, Quebec H3A 3R1. You have until October 15 to submit your form along with the information necessary to obtain or verify the Permanent Code. Failure to do so may result in your paying higher fees, and/or having your admission or registration rescinded. If you have misplaced the form it鈥檚 available on the legal documents website.
Fee status
If you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident or, in addition, a Quebec resident, you must submit proof of your status to Enrolment Services, with the appropriate documents, to confirm that you qualify for fee assessment at the Canadian or Quebec rate. If you do not provide this proof, you will be charged fees at the much higher International rate.
Register for courses and confirm your registration
Go on the MINERVA system and register for your courses. In addition, you must initiate a registration for each term. Do so by registering for the the 鈥淩egistration Confirmation Courses鈥� (鈥淩EGN 鈥� RCGR鈥�) for both the Fall 2025 (CRN 268) and Winter 2026 (CRN 173) terms via听. This course must be added for each term of registration.
- Log in to MINERVA and enter your nine-digit student ID and six-digit PIN.
- Click on 鈥淩egistration menu鈥�
- Click on 鈥淪earch class schedule鈥�
- Select 鈥淔all 2025鈥�
- In the box heading 鈥淪ubject" scroll down until you reach 鈥淩EGN-RCGR Registration.鈥�
- Scroll down to the column labelled "CRN" until you reach CRN 268. Click on the CRN.
- Change the term to" Winter 2026" and repeat the procedure Click on CRN 173.
If you are unsure what courses to add, register for the Registration Confirmation Courses This starts the registration process. You can add courses later during add/drop period, which ends Tuesday, September 9th, 2025.

Registration dates
To register without penalty you must access MINERVA between July 8, 2025 (starting at 9:00 a.m.) to August 14, 2025. If you have not registered by August 14, 2025 may still access听听to register late from August 15 to September 9. A late registration fee will apply.
Billing
The University generally produces e-bills at the beginning of the month and sends an email notification to your official 大发彩票平台 email address stating that your e-bill is available for viewing on MINERVA. Payment Due Dates: Fall term - end of August; Winter term - start of January.
