Nutrition et diététique : An in-depth examination of the antecedents of nutritional issues, understanding of the traditional and contemporary food systems, and nutrition-related health outcomes of Indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island (North America). Topics include the changing patterns of food use, systems of traditional and market food, techniques and ethics of nutritional and environmental research with Indigenous peoples. Culturally safe research and health promotion approaches for addressing the nutrition and health concerns of Indigenous communities.
