This panel discussion will be exploring the role of participation science and Family Medicine education in supporting adolescent health.

Attendance is free but registration is required due to limited seating (maximum 50 participants).聽

This event is part of the Family Medicine Faculty Development Annual Series, which offers accredited learning opportunities for family medicine professionals.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, I should be able to:聽

  • Describe the art of shared decision-making in Family Medicine.聽
  • Identify current challenges to adopting shared decision-making in the practice of Family Medicine.聽
  • Explain the contribution of Participation Science to the improvement of shared decision-making in the practice of Family Medicine.聽
  • Explore the implications of Participation Science for training new family doctors in shared decision-making.聽
