Lallemand Lecture Series - Platforms for a New Era of Food Biosciences

This free event will feature two international speakers. First, Dr. Andr茅 Brodkorb of听Teagasc Food Research Centre Moorepark, will present a seminar titled "In vitro food digestion models for different age groups: Advantages, opportunities and limits". The session will be followed by听Prof. Benjamin Horemans of听CREaS, KU Leuven with a seminar on "Versatile high-throughput microbioreactor platforms for bridging bacterial discovery, screening, and bioprocess development".
