 etum. Forest Bathing helps us slow down\, open our senses and follow our c
 uriosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break\, recharge and cel
 ebrate this year's early spring.\n\nMarch 12\, 10:00-12:00\n	For adults. (N
 o dogs.) Space is limited and registration is required by March 8th at noo
 n. Please register here.\n	Please note: because space is limited\, registra
 tion does not guarantee a spot. Confirmation will be sent March 8th. Thank
  you for your understanding.\n	\n	Details:\n	\n	·       This session is being 
 offered free of charge (a value of $30/person) by ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ to mem
 bers of the Morgan Arboretum. Non-members pay only the daily admission fee
  that includes parking ($8/adult: debit or credit only).\n	\n	·       Meet a
 t the Conservation Center at 9:50 am to check in. We’ll be leaving at 10:0
 0.  \n	\n	·       Bring a water bottle filled with water (there is no potabl
 e water onsite)\, walking poles and crampons if needed (please check the A
 rboretum's trail conditions)\, hand/toe warmers if needed and a small wate
 rproof mat or folding tripod stool if you have one so that you can sit at 
 different moments. We will also have small mats to share with you if neede
 d. \n	\n	·       Dress warmly for the weather and in layers\, as we'll be mo
 ving slowly and enjoying the snow\, ice and mud: we recommend warm pants\,
  a wool sweater layered over a warm shirt\, a wool tuque\, wool socks\, wa
 rm mittens\, and warm\, waterproof boots for walking on snow\, ice and mud
  – slightly uphill and downhill. Check the trail conditions on the Arboret
 um's website: we strongly recommend crampons if it's icy.\n\n·       Tip: 
 when you arrive at the Arboretum\, change your socks so that the ones you'
 re wearing to start the walk are warm and dry.\n	\n	For everyone's safety\, 
 this walk will be postponed to March 13th in the case of freezing rain\, e
 xtreme cold or heavy snow.\n	\n	Your participation will be confirmed March 8
