This presentation will examine the TWAI L critique\, what is distinctive about it and the challenges it faces goin g forward.\n\nAbout the speaker\n\nRadha DSouza holds a B.A (Philosophy\, University of Mumbai)\, an LLB (University of Mumbai) and a PhD (Geography and Law\, University of Auckland).\n\nShe practiced as a barrister in the High Court of Bombay and taught at the Universities of Auckland and Waika to in New Zealand before joining the University of Westminster's Departmen t of Law. Radha is a writer\, critic and commentator on Third World issues and a social justice activist.
