 \, an experienced Patent and Trade Mark Lawyer. Hugh Mansfield has been pr
 acticing in the intellectual property field since 2000. He is a lawyer and
  a registered patent agent in both Canada and the United States. Before pr
 acticing in intellectual property\, Hugh Mansfield worked for over six yea
 rs in Germany within a major systems house\, developing both air-ground da
 ta links and software simulating data communications in the aviation field
 . He became a partner of the firm in 2005 and was appointed senior partner
