iImprov Bebop now available in Amazon Market

The Android version of iImprov – Bebop has been released into the Amazon Market. Like the iOS version, the app contains nine comprehensive lessons and eight JAM-A-longs. Each lesson contains a detailed explanation as well as exercises, transposable notation and tempo-adjustable audio examples. There are individual JAM-A-longs for each key for variety, with tempo and instrument mix controls. The app can be downloaded here:amazon

Hello James,Although I’m enjoying your brwkodaen of various scales one can implement over a dominant chord, I have one suggestion.You don’t have to work hard to swing 8th notes. Most books on jazz music tend to promote´╗┐ this concept of accenting every other note when phrasing 8th notes.Any note value can swing. It’s all about accents. Playing on one particular part of the beat is ridiculous. Clean, even legato phrasing is key.Just a suggestion.Peace Keep Swinging,Andre Hayward
